Upon booking you will asked to provide ID and sign T&Cs and House Rules via an online portal/ guest App.

If you find uploading the ID difficult please email your photo ID to info@oneviewproperty.co.uk

If we do not receive your ID or signed T&Cs your booking will be unfortunately cancelled with any appropriate refund.

Your ID will be checked upon arrival by the Host to protect both parties.

We do endeavour to offer some flexibility and early arrival and lazy check out can sometimes be arranged, especially out of high season, from only £30.

Contact us a week before your stay to check availability.

What deposit is required?
£250 deposit is required for every property, this is refunded on the day of check-out.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you to one of our many dog-friendly properties.

Dogs will be charged at £30 per pet per stay, and a maximum of two are allowed per pet friendly property. We are not able to accept any pets apart from dogs in our properties.

A cot and a high chair are available in each property.

These are complimentary and must be arranged 7 days prior to arrival. Guests should bring bedding for the cots as we do not provide this for hygiene reasons.

After the booking has been paid in full and deposit collected, you will receive a pre-arrival email 72 hours before your arrival date which includes confirmation of the booking information, travel directions and how to access keys for the property.

This will request you to confirm your expected arrival time also.

Parking is specific to each location. There will be at least on street parking. Most of our properties come with dedicated parking spaces.
